How data export and deletion requests work

Private beta privacy requests are reviewed before action is taken. This keeps account deletion, exports, corrections, and Provider key removal guidance deliberate, scoped to the signed-in user, and safe for complex mission data.

Guide summary

Use this page to understand the surface before you act inside it.

Request a data export, correction, account deletion review, or Provider key deletion guidance without triggering unsafe automatic deletion.

What you can request

Use Privacy Requests when you need an export review, account deletion review, correction request, Provider key deletion guidance, or another privacy-related account question.

Requests belong only to your account. Other users cannot view or manage your privacy requests.

  • Data export review
  • Account deletion or anonymization review
  • Correction request
  • Provider key deletion guidance
  • Other privacy/account data questions

Guide section

Account deletion review

Account deletion may remove or anonymize Missions, Runs, Artifacts, Context, Provider settings, Copilot threads, and related data after review.

During private beta this is a request-based process, not an immediate automated deletion workflow. That prevents accidental removal of complex mission history, files, and related operational records.

Guide section

Provider keys

Provider keys are managed from Provider Vault. Removing a Provider account removes the stored encrypted key from opheli.ai, and you should also revoke or rotate the key in the Provider dashboard.

Privacy request output and admin review summaries do not include Provider API keys or encrypted credentials.

Guide section

What to include

Keep the message precise and avoid pasting secrets, API keys, passwords, or full source material into the request body.

Where to find it

Open Privacy Requests from the account menu, Settings, or Profile.

What happens next

An admin reviews the request status and may ask for clarification before marking it completed or rejected.

Related action

Open Provider Vault directly if the request is only about removing a connected Provider key.
